Gold Star Program Overview

The ERA® Gold Star Property program is a preferred property program designed to help the average property stand out from the competition. The program provides strategies and techniques along with additional marketing components to maximize the selling price of the property before it goes on the market. Overall, the goal of the program is to help the homeowner sell their home faster and for more money by transforming properties from everyday living spaces into homes that buyers can see as their own.

An ERA sales associate facilitates this through effectively communicating the benefits and requirements of the program up-front and gains the homeowner’s “buy-in” and support before they begin evaluating the property. Each ERA sales associate will walk through the home, room-by-room, and complete a comprehensive evaluation report. The homeowner can decide which improvements or updates they would like to make as well as decide the amount of time and money they would like to invest in readying their home for sale. Each Gold Star Property owner should receive our comprehensive 16 page staging guide, “Lasting First Impressions: an ERA Real Estate Guide to Successful Staging”, that includes home staging tips and techniques along with worksheets to keep track of expenses, shopping list to purchase those necessary items to get started, and much more!
