Our Step by Step Plan to Getting Your Real Estate License
ERA Real Estate takes your success seriously - beginning with the state licensing exam.
Our fast track licensing program will help you achieve your Real Estate license and the income you desire in the shortest amount of time possible!
Our Step by Step Plan:
1. Enroll in an Online Self Paced Principles Course - This qualifies you to take your state licensing exam. Call (714) 996-3000 for more info and to enroll in the self-study program that can be completed in as few as 18 days. After 18 days, you may take an open-book test to complete the course!
2. Apply for your state licensing exam and begin reviewing the study material. (It currently takes about two months to receive a test date).
3. USE THE TWO MONTHS WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR STATE EXAM PROACTIVELY! ERA Students may begin our unique Hands on Training, which allows you to learn from top agents and trainers on 16 different real estate topics.
Once you receive a state exam date, you will enroll in an optional 2-day live instruction exam review. (This is usually scheduled the weekend immediately before your State test date.)
