ERA Property Management will make sure will make sure you are comfortable with your tenant before the lease is signed.  

Our management company will inspect and photograph your property before new tenants move in and after a tenant moves out providing you with proof of your property’s condition before and after occupancy.  We also perform periodic inspections every 6 months to evaluate how your current tenant is maintaining your property.

ERA Property Management uses licensed vendors for repairs and make sure all repairs are fixed in a timely cost effective manner.  We provide an evening and weekend emergency repair line.  Our management company will put an end to the middle of the night repair calls.
Your ERA Property Manager can relieve you of maintenance worries by coordinating the upkeep of your lawn and pool.  Rent Proceeds and statements mailed by the 10th of each month with bills itemized on monthly statements.  End of the year reports are also provided with 1099.  We collect monthly rents, collect late and NSF fees, and send the 3-day vacate notices, file evictions and supervise evictions when necessary.
